Imin Yeh is an interdisciplinary artist who works in sculpture, installation, participatory events, and print. Her projects use print media as a technical tool for realizing the ambition of large-scaled work. Her projects utilize repetitive handcraft as a strategy for examining issues around unseen labor and production that lies behind everyday objects. Her recent exhibitions include the San Jose Museum of Art, Asian Art Museum, and the Contemporary Jewish Museum. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Art at Carnegie Mellon University, and is the recipient of a Eureka Fellowship from the Fleishhacker Foundation and an Individual Artist Grant from the San Francisco Arts Commission.
